Favouritism II

An earlier discussion was made about favouritism and the 'potential effects' it has on a child. Effects which include engaging in social vices and it could even go as far as committing suicide. I then sat and reasoned....'these victims of favouritism should be enlightened'. A Korean scholar once said 'no matter how long and dark a tunnel is, one thing is sure, there will be light at the end'. One thing I have come to understand about life is that you should be prepared for everything life will throw at you. The fact that everything is dry does not tarnish the hope that rain will fall, and when the rain eventually falls, everywhere will be green as it used to be.
As you undergo favouritism, you should be fully aware of the potential within you. You should work on discovering those things you do best. Hey, it is difficult! It wasn't even meant to be easy but while being a victim of favouritism, you should not let that stop you from being the best at what you do. While parents and siblings are busy frustrating you, you could always try to improve yourself on that which your desire lies most and on that which will be your succour. You could build yourself up in spiritual and motivational books.
That you are undergoing favouritism, doesn't stop you from being amazing. I agree that it is quite discouraging and sometimes tends to be an hindrance, but I believe you can make the best of every situation and circumstance.
Is it in the office that you are facing favouritism? Then hey, be the best at your job and show your boss or whoever it is that you are amazing.
Is it at home? Then make the best of the situation and show whoever it is that you are just as good as that child or kid they are choosing over you. Give them a reason to change.
You are the best of you there ever could be. You are simply amazing.
